Its merchant fleet travels the world. Venetian merchants and shipowners vie for hiring the best commanders and the most intrepid sailors to undertake ambitious commercial expeditions, which bring on the quays of the floating city any kind of goods, bought in the markets of exotic cities, so far away to be too hard even to imagine it. On those quays stayed Marco da Venezia, waiting for the arrival of the ships. He personally selected the best spices of the known world, to manufacture inside his workshop unique and fragrances.
Traveller and merchant of spices in the youth, Marco da Venezia hereinafter decides to open a workshop in Venice where to put on trial the secrets, the manufacturing methods and the art to blend the essences he learned in his travels, which took him to distant lands and in contact with legendary odd ducks, half way between doctors, philosophers and alchemists, secretaries of ancient knowledge and practices shrouded in mystery. 
The best renowned master perfumer of the city, a prized host of the Venetian high society, with dames and nobles contending his cosmetic creations, an estimated artisan by the Doge himself, Marco da Venezia, with his plain and hearty style, yet loved to stay in his workshop. Thanks to it, he was able to pursue his mission: “to take back in his country the essence of every place he visited, and put in his perfumes the charm and the mystery of life”.
From this intriguing history originates the idea of three young Italian artisan perfumers to go back to the ancient routes of Marco da Venezia, to his travels, art, thought and mission. After two years of intense work, from an exciting historic research, through an unusual and witty olfactory path of selection and creation, “Marco da Venezia Collezione Profumi” comes alive, to uncover again with “… the essence of every place…the charm and the mystery of life”.[/fusion_text][/one_full][/fullwidth]
